  1. Avania says:

I want to report the unethical driver, Mr. Ajmal Khan. I will attach his ID with this review. I request a refund due to his behavior towards me and my colleagues. The card machine wasn’t working after the ride, and I waited a long time in the car. When I asked him to call his manager, he didn’t even know his company’s number. Such fraud is unacceptable in the UAE. One of my colleagues tried to pay, but the driver increased the fare from 21 AED to 23.50 AED. I cannot support this kind of behavior. Please take action, or I will escalate my complaint directly.

  2. Zaman says:

I lost my power glasses, and the team at Union Taxi helped me promptly, tracing them in just one day. I was overjoyed to hear that, even without many details about the taxi I boarded, the Union Taxi team showed great empathy and tracked down my specs. Special thanks to the driver, Mr. Iftikhar Ahmed, who returned the glasses to the Lost and Found department.

  3. Harman G. says:

I took a taxi on August 11, 2024, from Muwaillah to Dubai. I paid using my card and received a message confirming the deduction, but the driver insisted it wasn't paid and said I'd get a refund. I ended up paying in cash, but now, many days later, I still haven't received my money back.

  4. Shery says:

I hired a Union Taxi, and while the driver was polite at first, his behavior changed when I requested a nearby destination, only about 5 kilometers away. He started arguing and drove the car very poorly. It's a shame for Union Taxi to have drivers like this. If they don't want to drive short distances, they shouldn't be working. His permit number was 3306210, and the taxi type was U 390. I hope you will take action. Thank you.

  5. Alfaisal says:

The driver cheated on the route, claiming there was traffic from Al Tawon to Ajman, but he took a long and indirect path. He drove very fast, and what usually costs 45 AED ended up being 80 AED. We spent a full hour reaching our destination, which normally takes only 25 minutes. This will be the last time I choose Union Taxi. I won’t post his name, but his ID is U656, and I will be calling Union Taxi about this. I was not happy at all, especially since I had kids who got bored during the long ride.

  6. Darshana says:

I took a cab from Safari Mall to SDI, which normally costs 22 or 23 AED. However, the driver, Neeraj Singh Birendra Singh, took a longer route, and my fare was 30.75 AED. He was very unprofessional and delayed me by 5 minutes for my driving lessons, almost causing my instructor to mark me absent.

  7. Jasim says:

The driver was quick and drove safely! He was chatty and enjoyable to talk with. He even offered to share a sweet (barfi) he received from his home country.
