This is the Dubai Mall Metro station, located opposite Burj Khalifa. If you need to get to Jumeirah, City Walk, or the beach, it's best to exit here and catch a taxi or cab from this location.
The app often lags and doesn't work well, and the fine details are hard to read due to small and low-contrast text. Overall, the quality leaves much to be desired. It seems like one team developed the app while another made poor improvements. It worked much better before the updates. I just don’t understand how such a subpar app could exist in a developed country.
