I visited the company’s location inside a car wash, and it was almost deserted, with hardly any staff around. Only one employee was there, and he had locked himself in the office. When I finally spoke to him, he seemed confused, which made the whole experience very unsettling. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there, as the situation felt suspicious. It raised concerns about the company’s reliability and whether they might have issues, like unpaid employee salaries or financial trouble.
We used MBK's services several times during our stay in Dubai and were consistently impressed with the clean vehicles, friendly drivers, and focus on safety. But it was their exceptional service that truly stood out. Our daughter left a handbag with great sentimental value in one of the cabs. When we reported it, we honestly didn’t expect to see it again. Instead, MBK went above and beyond to locate the bag, and it was returned to our hotel within 36 hours. Huge credit to the driver’s honesty and the company’s efficiency. Fantastic service—highly recommended!
I was charged twice on my credit card for the same journey. Assuming it was an honest mistake, I reached out to their support. However, after around 15 emails back and forth, they kept asking for the same information repeatedly, with no sign of processing the refund. Despite clear evidence of the duplicate charge, it seems they have no intention of reimbursing me. Very disappointing experience.
