I would not recommend this service. Our driver didn’t show up at the airport, and after waiting 20 minutes with three tired children and calling the company, we were reassigned a new driver. The walk to the car took 15 minutes, and the vehicle was old with barely functioning air conditioning. The experience was so bad that we canceled the return trip and booked an Uber Lux instead, which went smoothly. However, Emirates Transfers still charged us for the return leg, and we couldn’t get a refund.
