I had a positive experience with their service—it was reliable and met my expectations. However, it's worth mentioning that their fleet mostly consists of older, used vehicles. While the service quality was good, the condition of the cars could use some improvement. Nevertheless, I appreciated their professionalism and would consider using their services again, hoping to see an upgraded fleet in the future.
I strongly advise against booking your Dubai airport transfer with this company. Despite arranging our pick-up well in advance, there was no driver waiting at arrivals as promised. After a 30-minute wait, we were informed that our transfer had been canceled, leaving us to find alternative transportation on our own. This level of service is entirely unacceptable for a so-called “premium” pre-booked transfer. To add to the frustration, the refund process has been unnecessarily difficult. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company!
