About Cars Taxi
Cars Taxi proudly launched its operations in April 2000 as the first franchised taxi company under the strategic vision of the Dubai Government’s regulated taxi system. Our drivers undergo professional training, focusing on both defensive and safe driving practices to meet the highest industry standards.
As a strong advocate for environmental sustainability, we were the first taxi franchise in the UAE to introduce and expand the use of Hybrid and CNG vehicles in our fleet. To maintain the quality and safety of our service, we also operate a dedicated garage for regular vehicle maintenance and accident repairs.

On EID day, a driver irresponsibly parked his taxi in front of my car, blocking it, with no contact number available. The engine was left running, and the car was locked. When I called the call center, they told me to contact Cars Taxi, but no one answered. After almost 3 hours, the driver returned and moved the car.
I met a Cars Taxi driver who shared that the company creates many difficulties for its hardworking employees. It seems to be one of the worst companies for drivers. I urge the Dubai government to pay attention to these drivers, as they are just trying to earn a living for their families. Please consider their well-being as you would your own.

The ride was okay, but the driver took a longer route, which made the fare higher than expected. I hope they improve the accuracy of routes in the future.
