These guys are amazing and truly saved the day for us! We needed somewhere to store our large travel bags so we could enjoy our last day at Aquaventure in Dubai. Then, to make things even more challenging, our night flight was suddenly canceled, and we had to stay an extra night. They made this entire experience so much easier. They picked up our luggage at the exact time and place we arranged, extended their care for it so we didn’t have to haul heavy bags around Dubai while looking for a hotel, and, right on time, delivered everything to the airport just in time for check-in. This was truly premium service, and I’d recommend them to anyone!
They were absolutely the best! I had to make a few changes due to flight cancellations and delays, and every time I received a quick response, with everything handled seamlessly. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and dependable. Despite all the last-minute changes, everything went smoother than expected. I can’t recommend them highly enough! I would use Baggage Taxi again without hesitation. My luggage was sealed and unsealed right in front of me, and they even sent a photo once it was stored. Truly an outstanding experience.
