This is the Arabia Taxi head office, where all car maintenance and driver recruitment take place.
I usually avoid negative reviews, but this driver from Arabia Taxi was rude, arrogant, and reckless. He ignored road safety, dismissed directions, and used his phone at every red light, which is illegal. I have the taxi and driver details and am ready to report him. His behavior damages the reputation of Arabia Taxi, where most drivers are respectful. While new drivers need time to learn, there's no excuse for such carelessness and disrespect.
Arabia Taxi is a good company, but the staff lacks proper communication skills. They don’t understand drivers' issues and often ignore you, continuing to speak in their own language even after multiple attempts to communicate.
Good service overall, but sometimes the cars need better maintenance.
The customer service is poor and the app frequently crashes. Wouldn't recommend based on my experience.
I’ve traveled with Arabian Taxi many times, and it’s always been a great experience. The service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. I really like it!
